Royce Lewis, Managing Principal and Founder of R3 Asset Management, LLC brings over 25 years of Multifamily, Student Housing, Affordable, Workforce Housing and LIHTC industry experience. Royce has a diverse real estate background in acquisitions, asset management, project management, financial analysis, market analysis, investor reporting and underwriting. He has managed multifamily, student housing, commercial and LIHTC properties, increasing their value across the United States.  Royce has managed portfolios valued in excess of $1 Billion, and he has also underwritten existing and ground up commercial real estate valued in excess of $1 Billion, and he has been successful in using his experience to create real estate solutions for his clients.

Royce graduated from the University of Maryland in College Park, MD and he is a United States Air Force Veteran, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) and he has extensive experience working in the REIT, Private Equity, CMBS and LIHTC industries. 

On a personal level, Royce is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. and he is the Executive  Director and Founder of the ROYCE CARES Foundation, www.roycecares.org a non profit organization that is committed to and focused on investing in the well being, education and mentoring of urban youth.
